Table setting is an often overlooked skill, that is not as difficult as it seems, and can make all the difference, whether at home, or when seeking employment in the hospitality sector. Start with a few basic rules: utensils are placed in the order of use (from the outside in); forks go to the left of the plate, and knives and spoons go to the right; only set the table with utensils you will use.
